An AI mentor for owners
who want results

Your business has outgrown the way you've been running it

An answer from selected practice — and a question that hands the decision back to you.

An AI mentor built on Maxim Tsalkin's selected practice and the original 'Owner's Code' model. Start with the diagnostic: a bit over twenty short questions — and you'll see what stage the business is at, what fits that stage and what would hurt.

The product is in active development. Access is by invitation and through Maxim's programs.

Conversations never go into model training. A person improves the product from your ratings.

I'm stuck in day-to-day operations. How do I step out without breaking the business?

Stepping out of operations isn't "let it all run wild" — it's dismantling the management debt that keeps you a "many-handed" owner. The main trap of the chaos stage is the illusion that control equals safety.

Stop rocking the "delegation swing": you grant authority today, see a mistake tomorrow, take it back. That's how a team stops trusting you. Let a person fall and get up — the way a parent teaches a child to walk.

But delegating before there's a process is just handing chaos to someone else. First describe a minimal standard, then hand over the function step by step.

A question back: which of the functions you hold personally would be the first to stop being yours, if a minimal standard were written for it?

How do I keep a good relationship with my team when I'm no longer on their level?

Move from "I'm the boss, you're the fool" to a partnership. Invest in people so they can set their own tasks.

Three things when you're "not on their level": business isn't a place for entertainment — keep it professional; avoid the "delegation swing" — granting authority and pulling it back at the first mistake kills trust; build the link through your manager — stop sitting in on standups and intervening directly.

Stop being "the nice one" for everyone and controlling every detail. The value of an owner's relationship with the team is in moving toward a big goal together, each doing their own job at their own level.

A question back: where exactly are you still on their level — and what keeps you there?

Assembled from the selected base

What are three things an owner should never delegate?

When you delegate a task, you never delegate responsibility for the business. The execution of a function is handed over — the final accountability stays with you.

Three aspects an owner keeps in focus: responsibility for the result — a deal falls through, that's on you; strategic development — while you're buried in operations, no one else thinks about taking the business to the next level; defining goals and meaning — only you set the direction, even with a strong manager.

Management isn't "offloaded" by handing over tasks: first the process, then the handover. Hand over chaos and you'll get a predictably poor result.

A question back: what in your business has already been handed over without a process — and how would you find out?

Sample answers. What appears under an answer depends on access level: link, date and timecode are open to clients; at entry you see the material's name.

What this system won't do

It won't give you instructions

An answer shows what was done in similar situations and how it turned out. What to do in yours is your call.

It won't pull from the internet

Answers are assembled only from the selected base of material. No material — no answer.

It won't show anyone else's private material

Other people's material never reaches your answer: the filter sits at the retrieval step, not after it.

How the entry works

First the coordinate, then the questions. The order isn't accidental: without a coordinate the system has only your own description of the situation to lean on.

01

Coordinate

The 'Owner's Code' diagnostic: a bit over twenty short questions about the company and about you as its owner, no signup. It shows the stage the business is at, the key task of that stage, and what fits it — versus what would hurt even though it looks reasonable.

02

Question

Then you ask in your own words — about people, money, structure, yourself. No need to hunt for the "right" phrasing.

03

An answer from the base

The answer is assembled from selected practice, not from the internet. A detailed answer comes with a question — about what would have to be different in your case for the move to work.

You won't get instructions to follow. The decision is yours — that's how the system is built, not a disclaimer.

GPT and AI chats are tools. Tsalkin AI is a method built for the owner.

A general AI answers everything — but you never know which part of its huge base the answer is built on. For an owner who wants results, that isn't enough.

01

AI technology

GPT, Gemini, Claude — the best models on the market. Not one, but a combination — each model on the task where it's strongest.

02

Expert tuning

A set of system prompts for an owner's different tasks. Deep engineering, selected by testing on thousands of real questions. Behind it — a generation of background: a technical foundation since the late 1980s, an award-winner in programming and computer-science olympiads, shaped by the FIDO era and the rise of the Russian internet. There's no such thing as a former programmer.

03

The original methodology

The world's best systems (Tony Robbins, Bert Hellinger, Jay Abraham and others) plus Maxim Tsalkin's own programs: "Practicum Business" and "The Owner's Code". Updated monthly — only what has passed through my own experience and proven its result.

Every answer is built on a selected methodology — not on a lottery from the internet.

Not search — practice

A search engine returns a list of links to the whole internet, ranked by an algorithm: what comes first is decided by its formula, not by your question. Sifting out what matters is on you — and it knows nothing about your business.

Tsalkin AI works differently. The answer is drawn not from the internet but from Maxim's real practice — case discussions and solutions for owners, selected methodologies proven in the field. Not the first link, but one considered answer for your situation.

What the method is built on

Not the internet — selected world schools and original programs, tested in real work with business owners. The method grew out of them; the system answers with Maxim's own material.

Tony Robbins

A world leader in personal and business transformation

Maxim has completed all of his programs — UPW, Business Mastery, Life Mastery, Wealth Mastery, Leadership Academy — and since 2024 is part of his elite trainer team. The methodology draws on RPM, state management, priming, and the levels of financial freedom.

Bert Hellinger · Evgenia Pavlovskaya

Systemic solutions in life and business

A systemic view of business and its deeper patterns. Working with Pavlovskaya's Academy of Systemic Solutions in 2020 was the turning point — the shift to working with people as the main vocation.

At the core of the methodology

  • ·Tony Robbins — RPM, state, levels of financial freedom
  • ·Bert Hellinger — a systemic approach
  • ·Evgenia Pavlovskaya — a systemic view, a guide into systems
  • ·Jay Abraham — marketing and growth strategy
  • ·Robert Kiyosaki — thinking in assets and financial freedom

Maxim's own programs

  • ·Practicum Business / Practicum Business VIP
  • ·Practicum CEO
  • ·DNA — The Owner's Code
  • ·The Ladder of Wealth
  • ·Yadro (The Core)
  • ·Personal mentoring and consulting

Behind the product — a mentor

Tsalkin AI isn't a replacement for working with Maxim — it's that work continued, 24/7. The bot answers in the mentor's voice with quotes from real sessions. But you make the decisions — and a real person supports them when it's time to go deeper.

Who it's for

Business owners

Strategic decisions, stepping out of the day-to-day, scaling.

Executives

Running a company or a division. They think like an owner and answer for the business result, not for executing tasks.

Experts and consultants

Building their own practice, turning knowledge into a product. Looking for the next level in their craft.

It's not for you if:

  • A good result is enough. People come to me when good is no longer enough — for the extraordinary, when standard approaches have hit a ceiling.
  • You want ready answers from the internet. Use GPT — it's fast and universal.
  • You need quick templates without context. This is a system with depth, not a set of checklists.
  • You're looking for a magic pill without doing the work. Tsalkin AI is a tool for thinking, not a replacement for it.
