Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Tsalkin Global Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, USA (“we”, “us”), is responsible for processing your data. Questions or complaints about how we handle data: privacyquestions@tsalkin.ai.
2. What this policy covers
This is one policy for our company, with a separate section for each service:
- Section A — the website tsalkin.ai;
- Section B — our YouTube upload tool, which uses YouTube API Services;
- Section C — the Tsalkin.AI Telegram bot and the online diagnostic.
If you are a client of Maxim Tsalkin’s consultations or programs, how we handle your data is described in a separate document that you receive when you sign up.
A. The website tsalkin.ai
Analytics. To understand how the website is used, we process technical data about visits, such as the pages opened, the referring page, the type of device and browser, and the country.
Technical data. To keep the website running and secure, we process technical data about requests, including IP addresses. We keep it for as long as these purposes require.
Data on your device. The website stores in your browser the settings it needs to work.
Recipients. Website data is available to providers that host and protect the website on our behalf, and to authorities where the law requires it.
Legal basis. Our legitimate interest in running, protecting and improving the website.
B. Our YouTube upload tool (YouTube API Services)
We use YouTube API Services in an internal tool for uploading videos to YouTube. By using YouTube features through this tool, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What it accesses and how it uses it. The tool uploads our videos to our channel and reads and changes the data and settings of these videos in order to publish and manage them.
What it stores. The authorization data issued by Google and the information about our uploads that the tool needs to work. It is kept until access is revoked or the data is deleted.
Sharing. We do not share the authorization data or YouTube data with third parties.
Data on your device. The tool places no cookies or similar technology on anyone’s device.
Revoking access. Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Deletion. Within 7 calendar days of access being revoked, or of a deletion request sent to privacyquestions@tsalkin.ai, we delete all data the tool obtained through YouTube API Services, including the authorization data.
C. The Tsalkin.AI Telegram bot and the online diagnostic
What we collect. Your Telegram account data, your conversation with the bot, your answers to the diagnostic questions and its results, the contact details and other information you leave, and technical data about your use of the service.
Why, and on what legal basis. To answer your questions, run the diagnostic, provide access to the service and send you service messages — this is necessary to provide the service you asked for. To send you notifications about new materials — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. To remind you about the service if you have not used it for a while — in our legitimate interest; you can opt out of reminders at any time. To keep the service secure and improve it — in our legitimate interest. With your separate consent only, we use your diagnostic data in de-identified form for research and give access to it to those you have allowed to see it. We use the contact details you leave to send you your results and to contact you if you have allowed it.
AI answers. Answers are generated automatically using artificial-intelligence services and may contain mistakes.
Data on your device. The online diagnostic uses its own cookies and browser storage that it needs for you to take it and to keep your settings.
Recipients. Data is available to providers of hosting, data storage and processing, including artificial-intelligence services, and of email and messaging, who work on our behalf. Messages pass through Telegram, which handles them under its own rules. Data may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
What you must provide. The bot does not work without your Telegram account data, and the diagnostic cannot give a result without your answers to its questions.
How long we keep it. While you use the service and for as long afterwards as the purposes described here require, or longer where the law requires it.
3. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
We are a US company and our providers operate in different countries, so data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In such cases we rely on the grounds and safeguards provided by law, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. More details are available on request at privacyquestions@tsalkin.ai.
4. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, get a copy of it, have it transferred to another service, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, object to it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Send requests to privacyquestions@tsalkin.ai; we respond within the period required by applicable law. These rights are not absolute: where the law allows, we may decline a request and will explain why. If the GDPR applies to the processing, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.
5. Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top; we may also give additional notice of material changes.
